Wow Sam it sounds like you have a really strong-willed child.  And it sounds 
like you're doing really well with the situation - although I bet there are 
days when it feels overwhelming!  Sounds like the best thing to do is not to 
care too much about her eating - if she's hungry, she will eat.  Is she 
still growing and is otherwise healthy?  But what do I know - I just have 2 
boys and the older one (2 1/2) eats as much as an adult does!  :-)  The 
younger one is still breastfed... hope he doesn't go through this separation 
anxiety when I wean him!  Are there any other female caregivers in her life? 
  It might be interesting to see how she responds to someone completely new 
- like if you went out for an hour in the evening and she had a different 
babysitter...  Is Katy's Dad around?  How does she respond to male 
caregivers?
