Pair of Linux Holes Put Users at Risk
It may be a less common problem for Linux users than for
Windows users, but they still have to keep on the alert for
security issues in their operating system and applications.
Two new issues were discovered that could compromise Linux
systems.
The imlib graphics library and the LHA archive tool both can
be compromised by specially crafted files that exploit bugs
in the programs. Patches for both are available.
