Hi Erin,

My name is Lou. I am mommy to Katie 2 1/2 and Cori almost a year. I have
been staying at home since Katie was born.
I do get to work a little part time maybe 10 hours a week. My mother comes
over to watch the girls.

I was self employed before being a SAHM. So, I was use to working 60 to 80
hours a week. Boy, that has changed. Now I work 24-7.
It is hard. Some days(a lot of them Haha) I wish I had that my freedom
back. Then I look at my girls and they do something that just makes me
laugh and, I remember why I am here. We really do have a good time.

I think the hardest thing for me is getting the everyday stuff done and,
then feeling like I did have that quality time for the girls. Some days I
question if they would be better off at a care facility during the day.
But, my husband is good at reassuring me I am in the right place.

As far as resenting my husband going to work I have to tell myself if, he
was not going to work I could not be here. Believe me I tell myself this a
lot. I really miss going to work but, for now I know this is where I need
and want to to be.

I hope to get to know you,

Lou
