Nancy,
I know you asked this question some time ago, and probably already have a
good solution, but I thought I would throw my two cents in just in case you
still needed it.
I buy Mustela Vitamin Barrier Cream. It is rather expensive
(comparatively speaking), but well worth it! It wipes off easily at each
changing and it will get rid of a rash within a day. In fact, my baby
really hasn't had much diaper rash at all. As soon as I notice his little
bottom getting slightly red, I just put that on and it will take care of it.
You may have to order it on line, or if you have a specialty shop in your
town, you may be able to buy it there. It is so worth the extra efforts to
get it!!!
