Garnerway Hi,

True but should this be of any important ?

After all assume tommorow I open a 3'rd party slab called it ABC and doesn;t matter
what coin come I will never grade it MS70 (which I read was the un written "law" by
PCGS for many years and maybe still is) does this mean anything ?

of coruse not.

if a coin should be MS70 he should get this grade.

And as year go by our Mint facility become better and better not to mention RCM and AU
Mint and like and we should expect and see more and more MS70.

By the way for me what is important is consistance as I belive all the high 3'rd party
are excelent just as they all make mistake, and when it come to MS67 and higher where
subjective opinion become almost everything than you an easily see differance one way
or another.

I also belive the sifferance will be bigger in higher grade than in lower meaning
while you might see 2 grade differance in high grade coin when a coin is let say MS63
you will see only one grade differance and the simple reason is that in the low grade
the grading is less subjective and more "scientific".

have a great weekend

    Illan

  r skiles,

The PCGS quote would be correct if they were graded by PCGS but since
they are graded by ICG they would most likely step down 2 noches to
MS68 grade on the PCGS pricelist. In my opinion, someone else may
have a different opinion. I have found that ICG grades hundreds or
thousands of coins as MS70 while PCGS grades grades only a very few
  as MS70.
