Hi again Illan,

I agree with all you say in this post.  It is just that you can never 
get PCGS MS70 price for an ICG MS70 coin, the prices are not 
comparable and the coins are not the same.  For me I would never give 
more than the uncertified price for an ICG graded coin but the PCGS 
graded coins deserve a premium.  Just my opinion.
