It is a common and easy mistake not to add the hardener to resin, or to not
stir it sufficiently, or to add the wrong amount.
If the surveyor was right or wrong, I don't know, but I would like his name
and address. Most only check for burnt out lightbulbs, and then they miss
those half the time.
