Howdy, Jack. They have been around East and Southeast Texas this year since mid-August. When we had the National DOG, the fronts of the RV's were black with them. I used up all the window spray in the truck's tank, and then discovered that all the supply stores had sold out of cleaner.
They were so bad one weekend, they covered the tractor reaiator and caused the tractor to overheat.
