Jan, The definition of frames is when their are more than one scroll bar on the same opening. The problem with the site is that the top frame takes up way too much of the opening space and re-appears on pages of choice. There is no user option to delete the frame. A much better choice would be using shared borders where different dialogs can be used on openings of choice only. I do web sites and have found users prefer shared borders to frames by a large majority. bd
