Another thing too Jan. Some of the pages of choice are "locking up" and will not go to the items of choice. This problem is caused by the web browser not recognizing the html of the page chosen. Your web developers are using .asp as opposed to .htm which in itself is quite difficult for earlier web browsers to read the protocol. bd
