thats between the backing and the liner material drys out and turns to
powder and it looks like hell. It sags and droops. JC Whitney had a
replacement and so did the dealer for 2-3 hundred bucks. It wasn't
worth it so I removed the headliner and drove without it until I sold
the truck. I sure hope they quit useing that crappy stuff.
