Matt,

I have forwarded your request to two people I know who are applying XP
in banking. 

I haven't seen the strategy you mention, anonymous bandwagon hopping,
work very well. What works better are personal connections, "My buddy
Francesco that I used to work with two companies ago is trying XP and he
says it works well." I'm drawing a blank trying to figure out a way to
encourage these more direct connections, however.
