Hi all,

I'm trying to get a vote on whether the claim is true, that the "cost of
change" curve for /adding stories/ can be flattened. I've read that some
have even experienced a declining curve. I'm /not/ looking for plausible
reasoning (I'm a believer already ;-) but for /real experience/.

My own experience is not statistically significant, but hopefully the
amount of answers from this group is ;-)

While Barry Boehm says in "Balancing Agility and Discipline" there is
not much data, I suspect that data from projects which did not /try/ to
flatten this "cost of change" curve is not useful anyway.

How flat can we actively /make/ this "cost of change" curve ?
Over what period of time can we sustain that flatness ?
