All Horoscopes: http://web1.nypost.com/cgi-bin/horoscope.pl
ARIES
An investment you made a long time ago is about to pay off, and you are right
to be pleased with yourself for looking ahead. However, because there are so
many pretty things you want to possess, you may find your profits don't last
for long. If you buy something on impulse today, make sure it's got a
no-questions-asked money back guarantee.
1-900-990-7810*
TAURUS
Even if you are the kind of Taurus who finds it hard to let your feelings show,
you will leave no one in any doubt today what it is you think about what they
are doing. Fortunately, most of your comments will be constructive rather than
destructive, but for the few that are not, bear in mind that not everyone is as
thick-skinned as you.
1-900-990-7811*
GEMINI
With energetic Mars and explosive Uranus joining forces across the angles of
your chart that are concerned with your status and career, you will certainly
make your presence felt on the work front today. If you feel you are entitled
to be treated with more respect, you will make sure everyone knows about it. If
they're smart, they'll get the message.
1-900-990-7812*
CANCER
Planetary activity in your fellow water signs of Scorpio and Pisces will give
you the confidence to step into the spotlight and let employers and other
important people know what you are capable of. Don't worry that they might
think you are being too pushy because that is exactly the attribute they want
to see. In fact, you can't be pushy enough.
1-900-990-7813*
LEO
Family and financial affairs are under strong influences as the new week
begins, so think before you act and only act if it is absolutely necessary. For
best results, you should let others make the first move and tailor your
responses to suit the situation. Above all, keep your temper in check - don't
let anyone get under your skin today.
1-900-990-7814*
VIRGO
It's not like you to be so upfront about your feelings, but with Mars moving
through the communications sector of your chart, you won't hesitate to call it
as you see it today. Some people may be shocked by the color of your language,
but if that's what it takes to grab their attention, by all means go ahead. Let
them know you mean business.
1-900-990-7815*
LIBRA
If someone suggests, in however indirect a fashion, that the best way for you
to prove your commitment is to spend your money on him, you might like to
rethink your relationship. Deep down you know it means he doesn't care for you
as much as you care for him. All he really cares about is what he can get out
of you financially.
1-900-990-7816*
SCORPIO
Mars in your birth sign makes a perfect aspect to Uranus, planet of rebellion,
today and you will certainly do something that shocks those you live, work and
do business with. But don't do it for the fun of it, do it with a specific goal
in mind. Creative activities and affairs of the heart are under excellent
stars. Don't waste them.
1-900-990-7817*
SAGITTARIUS
You will know immediately if someone is lying to you today - your psychic
antenna will start twitching the moment he opens his mouth. What you do after
that is up to you. You can, if you wish, let it pass, or you can make an issue
of it and let him know you are not so easily fooled. If it's the latter, don't
be too brutal.
1-900-990-7818*
CAPRICORN
This is a good day to reach out to people you have not been in touch with for a
while. Today's Mars-Uranus aspect encourages you to pick up the phone and call
up old friends and arrange some kind of get-together in the very near future.
It is also a good time to join a group or a club that promotes issues that
interest you. Get involved.
1-900-990-7819*
AQUARIUS
Someone in a position of authority will demand that you get with the program
today, and if you are sensible, you will do as he says. You may be a rebel by
nature, but the planets warn this is not a good time to rock the boat. On the
other hand, if you show willingness, there could be some serious money coming
your way.
1-900-990-7808*
PISCES
Start the week the way you mean to go on, with an adventurous spirit and the
kind of self-confidence that makes all things possible. Today's Mars-Uranus
aspect will endow you generously with the courage that is needed to get things
done, and before this week is over, you will have accomplished something
remarkable. No one will be more surprised than you.

KURT-AINS FORBIG BLUE MESS: http://www.nypost.com/sports/giants/20553.htm
By PAUL SCHWARTZ
TEMPE If the problem were only the quarterback, Giants coach Tom Coughlin
would make the change and be done with it. But it is so much more.
"I'd be more concerned right now," Coughlin said cryptically, "with the
protection."
There are concerns and problems arising almost everywhere within the Giants
offense, enough so that another solid defensive showing amounted to nothing
except another loss.

TIME FOR TOM TO CALL ON ELI: http://www.nypost.com/sports/giants/20552.htm
TEMPE It isn't only the quarterback's fault, of
course. Kurt Warner didn't do anything disastrous yesterday. He didn't do
anything spectacular either.

THIS COLLAPSE IS ON COACHES: http://www.nypost.com/sports/jets/20540.htm
LAMONT Jordan was the one who stood up when it was
over, who asked the world to blame him for this mess. He was the one who said
what a lot of Jets fans were muttering on their way out of the Meadowlands,
ripping himself for throwing that dreadful duck near the end of the first half.

JETS SPREAD BRAINLOCK ALL AROUND: http://www.nypost.com/sports/jets/20545.htm
AT ALL cost, Herman Edwards was determined not to let Quincy Carter lose
this game for the Jets. Instead, the head coach and offensive coordinator Paul
Hackett took care of that themselves with an intercepted halfback option that
put what had broken as an ideally- manageable game for a reserve quarterback
back into his tied hands.

UTES TURN ON THE POWER IN LARAMIE: http://www.nypost.com/sports/20541.htm

a disagreement with an assistant coach last week, coach Rich Reichert spoke
about different players having to elevate their game.

 By LENN ROBBINS
Man, was there some action in the Garden Saturday night! Tempers
flared, fists flew and the crowd of 12,777 rose to get a better view of the
action.

SOSA & GUILLEN ON METS' RADAR: http://www.nypost.com/sports/mets/20561.htm
  By MARK HALE
Just before Omar Minaya left the GM meetings Friday, he
mentioned how the Mets would have a baseball operations meeting today.

INJURIES FORCE D-LINE SHUFFLE: http://www.nypost.com/sports/giants/20556.htm
  By PAUL SCHWARTZ
TEMPE So just how did the Giants compensate for the absence of
Michael Strahan yesterday as they faced the Cardinals at Sun Devil Stadium?

FAKE PUNT'S A BIG MISFIRE: http://www.nypost.com/sports/giants/20560.htm
  By PAUL SCHWARTZ
TEMPE Every day, Jeff Feagles said, the Giants practice the fake
punt and every day, Feagles said, he completes the pass. But yesterday he and
the Giants misfired every which way in their 17-14 loss to the Cardinals at Sun
Devil Stadium.

TIKI: PUT LOSS ON THE OFFENSE: http://www.nypost.com/sports/giants/20555.htm
  By STEVE SERBY
TEMPE Tiki Barber pointed the finger yesterday at himself and the 10
men he plays with on offense.

IN CRUNCH TIME, JETS GET CLOCKED: http://www.nypost.com/sports/jets/20544.htm
  By MARK CANNIZZARO
"You play to win the game." Those carefully-measured,
dramatically-delivered words have become so much a part of Herman Edwards'
mantra that he wrote a book with those words as the title.

RAVES FOR SUPER BOLLER: http://www.nypost.com/sports/jets/20542.htm
  By EVAN GROSSMAN
The big joke this week was that the Jets' second-stringer, Quincy
Carter, was probably better than the Baltimore starter behind center. But
nobody's laughing anymore after Kyle Boller led the Ravens all the way back in
yesterday's 20-17 OT win over Gang Green at the Meadowlands.

CURTIS RUNS INTO RECORD BOOK: http://www.nypost.com/sports/jets/20543.htm
  By MARK CANNIZZARO
Out of a devastatingly negative loss came more positive news about
Curtis Martin, the Jets' forever-young running back who rushed for another 119
yards yesterday.

JETS MUST PASS ON HB OPTION: http://www.nypost.com/sports/jets/20546.htm
  By MARK CANNIZZARO
Years from now, long after Herman Edwards has retired to golf and
relaxation on the Monterey Peninsula, future Jets coaches will review tapes of
big games past for this organization and come to this conclusion:

RAVENS SNIFFED OUT JORDAN PASS: http://www.nypost.com/sports/jets/20547.htm
  By EVAN GROSSMAN
The Ravens were ready and waiting. And because they
stuck to their defensive assignments and read the LaMont Jordan halfback option
pass from the moment the ball was snapped, the Jets lost any splinter of
momentum they built in the first half. It was an energy shift that would
ultimately stand as the home team's demise.

NEW DOCTOR MAKES MONEY-SAVING CALL:
http://www.nypost.com/sports/knicks/20539.htm

week. He's the only one in the Knick universe who is.

KIDD CLOSE TO RETURN: http://www.nypost.com/sports/nets/20551.htm
  By ANDREW MARCHAND
For every step the Nets take forward, they take 10 steps back.
Yesterday, while Jason Kidd sounded optimistic about his injured left knee and
even pointed to a possible return in the middle of next month, the Nets
revealed that starting tonight at home against the Rockets Alonzo Mourning
will be forced to compensate for torn tendons in his right pinkie and that
Kidd's replacement, Zoran Planinic, has an injured right knee.

than they think.
