Foley, director, product tax, State Street Bank & Trust Company, Boston, Mass. Paul Heller, financial director, J.P. Morgan Chase, New York, N.Y. Virgil A. Julian, owner, Julian & Company, CPA, P.C., Independence, Mo. Katherine Kinnicutt, manager, IRA/qualified plan technical operations and compliance, Raymond James & Associates, St. Petersburg, Fla.
