To I have mostly been pleased.
We left our Reading Road mooring and travelled to Barley Mow bridge where we
moored to await out day visitors (Matt, Rosie and her family) who joined for
the trip to the end of the navigable canal. That us another personal goal off
of my list! We moored at Odiham castle for lunch and then returned to Colt Hill
wharf ready for the planned birthday meal in the Water Wytch. After an
excellent meal we were pleasantly pleased to be visited by some other old
friends, who we haven't seen for ages, bit who have been tracking us on our
blog postings. Hello Steve & Hazel! A brilliant ending to a great day.
Homeward bound tomorrow - not looking forward to Reading Road bridge going the
othe way.
