  Looks like the powers-that-be are still just as keen to allow boats on the 
Basingstoke then [NOT]
  We were stopped  a couple of years ago @ St John's @14:00 until 08:00 the 
next day---so frustrating!
  Do they still pace shovelfuls of earth into the top gate seals at night?
