There are several places in the harbour where you can get services,
probably the most comprehensive is at "Bristol Marina"

For electricity when you book into the Harbour Masters office ask for a
berth with power. You either need a token or a pound coin in the slot I
forget which.
Or book a berth at 'Bristol Marina' which includes the harbour licence
and 'free' electricity, but costs £1.65/metre/day i.e ~ £30.00 for
Copperkins
