Lovely to meet you and Adele. We were on our way back to the boat for a kip
after gate duty as we hadn't gone to bed until 5am. We should have invited
you back to the boat (if you fancied the long walk) but we were definitely
getting to matchsticks to prop open eyes stage.
As ever it was a good festival despite the mud and we thoroughly enjoyed
ourselves. Had real run trying to get started home yesterday as we were well
and truely aground. Took nearly 40 minutes and a broken pole before we could
chug back to the junction. We then found ourselves behind 2 extremely slow
boats (half a mile an hour!) so our trip home took 5 hours instead of the
usual 3 or less. Trying to recover at work today :-)
