No, it's Yahoo. You need to log in to YahooGroups, select this list, and then click on 'Edit Membership' (towards the top of the screen). Then select 'Traditional' rather than 'New and Improved' (which isn't improved at all, as you have discovered, and also brings with it loadsofadverts). You need to do this for every single YahooGroup you belong to; some will have changed, others won't have changed yet.
