When we were at Rodley last year the boatyard commented something similar, 
he had 4 boats in to enlarge the skin tanks as the boatbuilder had made them 
too small.

See previous email. I think it may be a bit of 'another contractor' not 
doing them up properly and a bit of owner relying on others to do his 
maintenance.
The jubilee clip had come right off and was lying under the engine.
