In 2003 (I think) we had our fan belt go. By the time we had fixed it we were late (again) on the tide. We pushed a mid spring all the way from Keadby to Dunham, flat out. It was a ridullasly hot night after many hot days - the Trent waters were warm to the touch. The engine reached just over 100 degrees C, but at least it didn't get any higher! Mike nb.
