My opinion is that boats are becoming over technical and over priced. This
is creating a them & us attitude with owners of expensive boats wanting the
rougher ones removed from the cut. Unfortunately even historical boats are
included in the latter category.
Obviously some will disagree with me.

would choose to mix with residents from the local council estate or
travellers encampment
canal boats encompass all these extreames so an us and them attitude is
likely to be the case unfortunatly
