Dear Steven,
Thank you for sending me the additional survey, but I shan't be replying to
it. Most of your either/or scenarios prompted me to think "I wouldn't much
like either of them". In many cases you were offering a choice of level of
provision of water points and refuse points in which one column struck me as
significant under-provision and the other as significant over-provision.
I was a member of one of the group interviews done recently (at Little
Venice), when we were presented with some similar scenarios, and I think
that most of all of us felt unable to respond for the reason above.

As for Sue's point about the e-mail address, neither was the posting from BW
nor were the replies to go to BW, but in both cases it was the consultants
they're using for the project.
