I think it is actually quite important that as many people as possible 
do the survey but always pick the cheapest option. Regardless of how 
you feel about payment for services - and I know opinions differ - 
what I am sure no one wants is for (unwanted) services to be provided 
and charged for on the basis that they have been provided!

I tend to avoid the thin end of as many wedges as possible.
