We had a day with Malcolm at Top Lock Training at Marple in 2003 just before taking delivery of Nellie. We had been hiring for 20+ years before that so had some skills (and many bad practices!), so Malcolm was able to tailor the day to develop our skills rather than just delivering a basic course. I was walking down Marple locks yesterday and saw him with a other couple so he's still there.
