Thanks Sean I phoned the Bat people and they were not overly helpful, after a call lasting 3 minutes, the only thing come out of it was always use gloves when handling bats I always do and when I find a body of another bat, call them and they will send a tube so I can send it off for testing, decided that they should send a tube anyway so I have it in hand already.
Trying to keep the angelic (not) cat in is easier said than done we have tried with varing success. Not had a body in for a few days (crossed fingers). Still plenty flying Moose & Maria NB Daisybob >I am sorry to come over rather 'heavy' on this, but you are potentially >putting yourself at risk by exposing yourself to infected bats (which >are likely to be the most easily caught); it is also an offence under >the 1981 Wildlife and Countryside Act to 'possess or control a bat >(alive or dead) ... unless the person can show they have it lawfully'. >For more information visit the Bat Conservation Trust website:- >http://www.bats.org.uk >or ring their helpline on 0845 1300 228. > > >Sean > > _________________________________________________________________ The new MSN Search Toolbar now includes Desktop search! http://join.msn.com/toolbar/overview ------------------------ Yahoo!
