I've been advising people to stay well clear of TalkTalk for the moment. All
the industry experts said they'd have problems for some time as the
infrastructure was insufficient to cope with the anticipated demand.
Can't recommend any particular supplier - I use Freeola (who aren't
particularly cheap but have a few advantages) myself but may be changing
shortly. I generally push people to one of the bigger established
suppliers - BT themselves, Wanadoo (Orange), etc. My main criteria being the
level of support they're likely to receive 'cause otherwise I might get
lumbered with helping! Problem ones have tended to be AOL and NTL.
