Hi, I carried out the set up for my brother-in-law 2 weeks ago and it has been working fine no problems at all and the connection speed when checked was reported at 1.5mbps which I felt was very good considering its free ? I am a bit gutted that I didn't sign up for it a few months ago as it does seem very cheap when you compare the call and line costs with BT or other ISP providers ?

All the industry experts said they'd have problems for some time as the infrastructure was insufficient to cope with the anticipated demand. Can't recommend any particular supplier - I use Freeola (who aren't particularly cheap but have a few advantages) myself but may be changing shortly. I generally push people to one of the bigger established suppliers - BT themselves, Wanadoo (Orange), etc. My main criteria being the level of support they're likely to receive 'cause otherwise I might get lumbered with helping!
