Indeed but that's a difficult thing to do on a porta potti.
I have this vision of two 1.5" pipes attached to the cassette would make
emptying it difficult:-)
My pumpout never smelt as it had never had chemicals in it but the tank is
now disconnected and never likely to be used again.
