No problems with Emily Jane though locks, the biggest problem was their 28" prop and deep draught on the Southern Oxford. Definitely not conducive to a fast cruising speed. Plenty of time in the queue at Summerton Deep allowed for a chance to chat about the craft. They said that both their injectors we broken so they were having to manually put water in the boiler during the trip.
