Orange recently had a network problem where quite a few users of the '1GBP
per 24hrs GRPS' service were treated as visitors to the network and charged
accordingly. Although Orange customer services advised several complainants
that refunds would be made automatically, Ken Kroker has received nothing
and so phoned them today. The customer services advisor he spoke too thought
that all required refunds had been made but then proceeded to manually
credit him for what he was owed.
If you suffered from this problem and have had no evidence of any refunds
being made to you SIM account, please ring Orange customer services as soon
as possible and get what's owed you.
