Looks like a was victim of this lovely software problem, on my last day using it on holiday. I didn't realise I had no credit until I needed it again this weekend! I phoned customer services - get it free by going through "Add credit", and "troubles with adding credit" options as you can't pay the 25p normal cost! The lady on the helpdesk said she would have a look after the system came back (they were having other problems it seems!). She phoned back leaving a message saying there were no problems with my billing, but I wasn't convinced so phoned again. I got put through to the technical helpdesk, and the bloke there went from the time of my last top up, and worked through day by day looking at the costs. On the 30th it showed the "bundle", and then half way through the day it started GPRS roaming at sillymoney/minute, and then later in the day the bundle started working again! Orange seem to really struggle with these computer systems! Mike -- Michael Askin http://shoestring.zapto.org/ Yahoo!
