I don't think we employ people with red/green problems.  All our 27000 
chemicals are coded with a red/yellow/green spot as an immediate "quick and 
dirty" hazard advice to the staff - not so much for the chemists, but more 
for the bottlers - red spots can only be bottled by senior experienced 
bottlers.
