About this time of the year the hire companies send out their new brochures
to existing customer base, many of whom will not belong to a waterways
organisation and may not be aware that their future holidays may be
jeopardised. The hire companies should all be asked to include a one page
summary of the situation, pointing to the SOW website and asking them to
write to their MP etc.
