There is a hand full of Pick-up trucks that have kits that clean and heat up 
french fry grease to use in there Engines. They stop at Diners and Mcdonalds to 
fuel up.
  The kits cost 1,500 US to install.
  So how many Fish and Chip joints are there on the canals?

Lee sanitation do very good self pump out kits, both manual & electric, 12 & 
24v. Ours has paid for its self many times over.
