Depends on the version:
Create a folder in outlook then
in tools there is a rules wizard which should guide you through routing
mail from canals-list into the folder.
you need to create a new rule
then use the move messages from someone option
You will have to have canals list ( or whoever you want to segregate) in
your contacts so you can select it when asked for people or distribution
list
use the folder you created as the specified folder
The rest is fairly obvious
Don't use outlook here, so that info is off the top of my head whilst
looking at outlook 2000.
