Couldn't agree more, it's vital, not only to our waterways, but 
also, the conduct/future of mankind.

I have never denied that Adrian has a point, indeed have publicly 
supported arguments of his not so long ago on uk.rec. But it's the 
ebb and flow, the give and take, the compromise that I miss when 
taking part in certain debates (and I know that you know what I'm 
talking about;-)))
