Being in and out of a van I sometimes get the wrong end of a story on radio
but I was sure I heard the end of something on the Today programme on Radio
4 this morning that DEFRA cuts were not due to European issues but had been
caused by 'Revised Accounting Policies'. Did anybody else catch it?
