Your 6100 does not have USB2, however XP is recognising that a device
you are pluging in does hence the message (it would perhaps be clearer
if it said something along the lines of "your device would function
quicker if you had a USB2 port to plug it into". However a USB2 hub will
work (though only at USB1 speeds obviously).
