Will do skipper. One of the advantages of our schizophrenia is that
both Staffy and myself have been able to satisfy ourselves that the
honourable members for both North Dorset and Wyre Forest have signed
the EDM 2757. Not surprising in the case of Staffy's bloke since many
of his constituents get damp socks when the Severn misbehaves. In fact
his letter of acknowledgement to Staffy confirms that the same DEFRA
cuts are affecting flood prevention programmes, though presumably not
as a result of BW's restricted coffers.
We'll nudge them both towards Westminster Hall on Wednesday.
