Coo...if only we could all convince two. Mine (Michael Fabrication)
hasn't signed an EDM yet but he has started raising probing questions
in Parliament (using some arguments which seem very similar to some
I've raised my letters to him) so maybe that's a good swap.
Lets see if he takes my advice and goes to Westminster Hall on
Sunday. The debate, by the way will be on BBC Parliament at around
0800-0830AM on Nov 12th.

Yes, that is a direect effect of Defra cutting EA's budget. EA put up
license fees and cut flood defense funds to absorb the cuts. Seems to
me that is a double whammy; you end up with pi**ed off boaters and
residents in flood-prone areas. Not very smart that methinks.
