If Orange allow you onto a different access point you will sometimes get 
better download speeds. I'm writing this on orangeinternet, but 
internetvpn is sometimes better. Not sure if you're allowed to just try 
this or whether you have to request it. My account is a business one not 
PAYG so that may be the difference...

Anti-virus? M$ don't make an anti-virus product. Agree about the general 
point on the monthly updates though. Especially as IE7 is autoupdating 
this month if you don't stop it first!
