According to the timetable at
http://www.firstgreatwestern.co.uk/Content.aspx?id=378 for the period 10
December to 19 May 07 there are weekday departures from Heyford to
Oxford at 0658, 0739, 0952, 1252, 1517, 1736, 1850, 2019, 2149 and 0004,
with return trips at 0555, 0640, 0853, 1155, 1322, 1622, 1742, 1914,
2052, 2256.  

So there is a basic commuter service, but I would agree with Mike that
its pretty sparse in the daytime.  

Alternatively there is the 25A bus operated by RH travel every 2 hours.
