TV Dectector van drove off unable to gain access! As far as I'm aware no agency ie Police, Goverment inspectors etc have right off access to a private dwelling. But if they have a valid warrant signed by a judge then they can. Let me put my three penn'orth in here. Does *anyone* know of *anyone* without a licence that has been caught by a TV detector van outside their domicile? I certainly don't! I remain unconvinced that detector vans work but they're merely deterrents.
