Hmm. That wouldn't be my choice but everyone to their own. When I came back to boating I hired Dorothy Constance from Kate boats in Warwick and went down to Stratford and back in a week with a day to spare. However I did boat (single-handed) for probably 10 hours a day. Diary of the trip on my website. That would be my choice from Warwick. > >Didn't we recently have a thread in which it was decided that Oxford from >Wigram's Turn and back is a bit too far for a week? I left unsaid the assumptin that they'd turn at half time possibly at Cropredy or Fenny if they did short days. I suppose the advantage (if a lack of locks is considered an advantage) of Coventry is the lack of locks. Cheers Guy -- Guy Morgan nb Virgo, WFB, Stockton GU Defend the waterways.
