Generally none at all - I think they're very good machines. The problem was this one specific PC World "special" which basically wasn't supported by anyone. Basically Sony Japan had thrown them together using whatever chip sets were cheap at the time. Drivers were almost impossible to obtain, it took me the best part of a week trawling the web to find them all when he managed to completely wreck the Windows installation. Glen
