We encountered the same problem. I tried to change our 'home' store at
customer service but was told I had to phone, using the 'free phone'
number. Of course with a mobile it was more like the 'arm and a leg'
number. Even that didn't work so I went to Argos and used the Nectar
points to buy a new watch. Trouble is there is a limit to the amount of
shopping I want to do at Argos!
