Hello boaters, To everyone who responded.... thanks for the advise and concern, i should have mentioned that my dad is an electrician and will be doing all the technical stuff, I've just got to lay all the wires in place. I just wanted to make sure about the type of wire in case it was different on boats. I'll check the links you suggested as soon as i can get to a 'grown up' pc rather than my pocketpc. Good to know there is lots of knowledge to draw on! Nice one.
Thankyou to Beeky for your offer! The local builders merchant has 'arctic' mains cable. It claims very wide temp and vibration tolerences does anyone know about this stuff? A widebeambaby?
