Yes and some times they overlap We used a Co-op funeral director in Caister on Sea, just north of Great Yarmouth and got points because we are in the Lowestoft Co-op, but we don't in Gt Yarmouth which is between the two or Beccles which is 5 miles SW of Lowestoft There is now a national membership card which costs GBP1.00 to join (or free under certain circumstances).
